Mary Clinton WRIGHT (d. 1919) was born in Philadelphia, probably in May 1852, to printer Asher Miner WRIGHT and his wife Hannah Elizabeth LUNGREN. Hannah ran a boardinghouse (at 13th and Arch, now a very expensive parking lot!), and later a hotel with her daughters Ella Virginia WRIGHT and Mary, by then the widow of Henry Mark THORNHILL.
