I want to see you so much but am better than when Lou wrote you and must stay by Tain as long as she lives which will not be long She can hardly speak or swallow now and is very restless wanting to sit up and then lie down and so keeps wanting to move all the time and seems to suffer a great deal. She has been fasting for about a month but we kept hoping she would rally again but she has suffered so much that we cannot ask to have her spared as she will probably suffer as long as she lives. Lou has just come and Tain needs Libby so I will finish Doctor let Will take his horse and buggy to bring Lou & I up to see Tain once more. We all want you to do as you think best about comeing down would be glad to have you but are afraid your healths are neither good enough to bear the excitement. We shall let you know of any sudden change either way L seems to hold out wonderfully through it all. All send love & best wishes in haste. Lou. I will try and write again soon but am so buisy now and so anxious about Tain. Poor Tain she is almost shreugh [?].
